On Earth Day, Binance Charity announced plans to raise $1 million AUD to restore wildlife habitats impacted by the 2019 Australian bushfires.

As part of their mission to advance global sustainable development using a blockchain-powered donation platform, Binance Charity will issue new cryptocurrency called TREE on Binance Smart Chain .

TREE tokens are designed to bring transparency and accountability to charitable giving, allowing donors to track their contributions from point of donation to final fund allocation. Each token will be pegged to the Australian Dollar (AUD) at a 1:1 ratio, with a circulating supply capped at 1,000,000 tokens.
